Their Zip Bra zipper split on 3 of 5 zip-up bras I bought. Because it was outside of the 60 days, they refused to replace them.

I did not want my money back... I wanted a replacement, and they refused.

I ordered at the end of October... I waited until I wore all of the bras before I called.

After the 3rd one split, I'm afraid to wear the zip up bras anymore, and all they would say is it was outside the 60 day money back guarantee... As I said, I wasn't asking for my money back, I was asking for replacement merchandise!

Very poor customer service!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with i like original genie bras with lace trim. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "bad quality, poor customer service, no replacement..." of genie bras bra. Genie Bras needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
