I ordered 6 bras on the 27th of May. On the 29th they marked my order as shipped.

On the 9th of June I got one bra in the mail, it looked like it had been returned before already and was in very poor condition. It wasn't even the size I ordered. I contacted customer service and told them the issue that I had received only one bra out of the six and it wasn't even the right size. They then argued with me that the other bras had been sent and there was nothing they could do and I should be happy that I already got one.

I told them why I would I be happy to have received something that isn't even the size I ordered. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager says that the rest of my order had NOT shipped like they were saying and that it was UPS's fault because they never came to pick up the shipment.....I'm not buying that. I told her I wanted a refund but was told that I could not receive a refund because I had already received one bra, I argued that it wasn't even the right size.

She said to ship it back and assured me I would receive my full order within 7 to 10 days. I sent the one I did receive back on the 10th. Today I see that three of the bras say no longer in stock and the other three have been cancelled! So I call back and insist on a refund.

I am told that they cannot refund me because my order is still in process. I said no it is not because shows clearly that they are all either cancelled or not in stock! She agrees to submit a refund but says it will be 10 to 15 days and only after they receive the one I sent back to their facility and it is registered and the full refund will be issued. Why couldn't they issue a refund for the items that were never sent and then refund the other when they did get it.

Seriously sounds like a scam. When I told her I was going to report to the BBB she advised me not to because that could make it take longer to get my money back!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
